At Retro Lab, we do everything we can to ensure your order is processed quickly and smoothly. Below you’ll find all the important information about our shipping process. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.
📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a Track & Trace link.
🚚 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:
Netherlands: 3–7 business days
Belgium: 3–7 business days
International (outside NL & BE): 7–10 business days
Please note: these are estimated delivery times. In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs checks.
🔍 Track & Trace Information
It may take 1–2 business days for the Track & Trace information to become visible while your package is being processed by the carrier. Don’t worry — your order is on its way!
If there’s still no update after 3 days, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.
❌ CancellationsDue to our automated processing system, it’s unfortunately not possible to cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
Once an order is completed, it is immediately forwarded to our warehouse for processing and shipment, leaving no opportunity for manual changes or cancellations.
We understand this may be inconvenient and appreciate your understanding. If you encounter an issue or accidentally ordered the wrong item, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to find a suitable solution.
